Terms of Use

Serveproxy CDN is a paid content delivery network service. It allows registered users to create CDN locations that cache and serve content from an origin server through edge nodes worldwide. Features include custom domain support, instant cache purging via API, and per-location API keys managed through a web dashboard.

The service is operated by Serveproxy. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To use the service you must create an account using a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Account access is protected by two-factor verification via a code sent to your email address at each login.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or billing, or use disposable or aliased email addresses (addresses containing +).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or remain unpaid.

Use of the CDN service requires a valid payment method. A credit or debit card must be verified before CDN locations can be used. Payment is processed by Stripe. Serveproxy does not store full card numbers; only the last four digits, card brand, and a Stripe-issued token are retained.

Pricing: Each active CDN location incurs a minimum monthly fee of €1.00, plus €0.025 per GB of bandwidth transferred. Bandwidth is measured at the CDN edge.

Pro-rating: If a location is created part-way through a billing month, the €1.00 minimum is pro-rated based on the number of days the location was active in that month.

Billing cycle: Invoices are generated automatically on the 1st of each month for the preceding month's usage. Payment is charged automatically to the card on file. You will receive an invoice by email upon successful payment.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. We will notify you by email of any payment failure.

No refunds: All charges are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused bandwidth, or periods during which your account was suspended due to a violation of these Terms.

Each card may only be associated with one account. We verify card uniqueness via Stripe fingerprinting.

Each account may create up to 3 CDN locations by default. If you require more, contact [email protected].

Each location is assigned a unique CDN domain. You may optionally configure a custom domain by pointing a CNAME DNS record to the assigned CDN domain. Automatic SSL certificates are provisioned for all domains.

Deleting a location stops billing for that location from the following month. Bandwidth usage incurred before deletion remains billable in the current cycle.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend a location that is found to be serving prohibited content or otherwise violating these Terms.

You may only use Serveproxy CDN for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to:

• ✕Distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• ✕Serve malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious code
• ✕Distribute adult content, violent imagery, or hate speech
• ✕Cache or deliver content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• ✕Circumvent rate limits, abuse quotas, or attempt to obtain service without payment
• ✕Use the service in a manner that damages, overloads, or impairs our infrastructure
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or other users' accounts
• ✕Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We may block domains or suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice. Serious violations will be reported to relevant authorities.

Each CDN location is assigned a unique API key used to authenticate cache purge requests. You are responsible for keeping API keys secure. Do not share API keys or commit them to public repositories.

You may regenerate an API key at any time from the dashboard. The old key will stop working immediately upon regeneration.

We are not liable for any misuse of the service resulting from compromised API keys.

The Serveproxy CDN service, including its dashboard, infrastructure, code, and branding, is owned by Serveproxy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the service.

You retain ownership of all content you deliver through the service. By using the service, you grant Serveproxy a limited, non-exclusive licence to cache, store, and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the CDN service.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to cache and distribute all content you deliver through the service, and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The service integrates with the following third-party providers:

• Stripe — payment processing and card storage. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on registration and login forms.
• Reoon Email Verifier — email validation on registration.

We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to your interactions with them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Serveproxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serveproxy and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page, provided all CDN locations have been removed first. Outstanding charges for the current billing month remain payable upon deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, fail to pay outstanding invoices, or engage in abuse of the service.

Upon termination, your CDN locations will be deactivated and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts in Sweden.
